  Anne came as a recommendation through a mutual friend. I had a vision for a personal project and felt so overwhelmed by the number of components it involved, I stopped moving forward.
  
  I’d been considering coaching sessions for a while and following an initial conversation, I knew we’d be able to work together because she listened with the intent to understand what I was saying.
  
  
Anne has this great ability to help me break through blockers by asking questions that are designed to make me stop and think about the what, why and how. This may sound straightforward, but what I find brilliant is what she does with my responses - she takes my thoughts and ideas and helps me turn those into solutions or goals.
  
  She’s helped me figure out the purpose behind my business and to understand what I want to get out of it. As a result, I’ve taken a new approach and I am much closer to achieving my goals. In fact, goals have been achieved since we started working together and I’m building new goals to meet all the time.
  
  I don’t believe I would have come this far without working with her. I also have a better understanding of myself - something I wasn’t expecting, but I’m very grateful for.
  
  Anne is personable, firm, encouraging and honest - I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.
