- Barry Donovan Review added: 2018.01.15★ ★ ★ ★ ☆This is a delightful little place. We went here for the Valentine's Day menu, and usually they're terrible - overpriced and limited. I was happily surprised as all the food was delicious. The tempura oysters to start with were light and fresh, the lobster on ratte potato was AMAZING, the scallops were fine (I'm not generally a fan, they just taste like lumps of fat), and the beef and ox cheek main course was superb - cooked wonderfully.
They catered for my stupid chocolate allergy by removing it from the dessert with no hassle.
I would have liked to have been asked how I found the food at least once during the meal, though, and they could have been a bit more proactive refilling my water, but I'll definitely be back.
