We needed to know if it was load bearing and would have any impact on the structure of our building. Derek drawings are detailed to the point I was able to understand them, which gave me confidence that the builders would not have a problem following them. We had an unexpected issue when going through what was thought were the foundations. I called Derek and explained the issue and he came over to the property that evening and put my mind at ease. Derek sent me the revised drawing the next day with no additional cost. Derek came over to my property on three separate occasions and always happy to advise where necessarily.
I have recommended Derek to my work colleagues and friends and my builder has also recommended Derek to his clients.
